ABOUT ME

Hello. My name is Kenichi . I studied English and Spanish in university of foregin language.But my foregin language skill is not so good, because more than ten years have passed since study in university.

Now I have Japanese restaurant with 1 star on micchellin guide Hyogo edition .Chef and manager is my role.

My house is located next to the restaurant, and you can sleep on 2nd floor.
I live with my wife and child(2 years old), one cat.

I love verseas trip.
I visited Spain (3 times), Morocco, Switzerland, Cuba, Mexico, Turkey,Egypt, Czech, Hungary,Poland, India ,Thailand.
Especially I love Barcelona. with its culture, beautiful townscape,food.

I wellcome you only during the offseason of my restaurant (Mar,Apr, Sep,Oct,Nov)

Being impressed by wonderful scenery , staying in quiet space, being separated from daily routine task. Thease are necessary sometime to keep my mental fresh.

---Business---
I worked as web disigner, director at Osaka for 4 years and gained design skill, experienece.
After that I worked at authentic Japanes restaurant in Kyoto for 3 years, and gained skill and experience.
Now I manage my Japanese restaurant for success.

I think passion for business if very important. Generally many hours are passed in working in one's life.
I wanna be positive in working time. I dont wanna feel pain in jobs.
