Ola, I'm from Mauritius. I've spent all my life there but in 2014 I moved to France , Bordeaux to study applied languages (Langues Etrangères Appliquées Anglais-Portugais).I am actually living in Coimbra, Portugal for my Erasmus Exchange. I'd love travelling the world one day, or go hiking like in the film 'Wild' . I'd recommend it if you haven't seen it yet. Trying to adopt the 'less is more' lifestyle but it's not as easy as expected.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a nice way to meet locals and people all around the world. I'll get to experience more of the culture and the lifestyle of locals. It's always more funny and a lot cooler to hang out with locals and discover their daily life.

The perfect chocolate cake brownie:

16 spoons of powdered sugar, 6 Spoons of flour, 165 grams of butter, 200 grams of dark chocolate, 4 eggs, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Add the powdered sugar, flour, eggs and salt and mix it
Melt the butter and chocolate together (microwave or bain-marie)
Preheat the oven, 200 degrees.
Mix everything together and put in the oven for 15-20 mins.
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
Easy and eveybody will enjoy.
