Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've never done it, I want to try it because I'm on a limited budget.
Interests
I like to go out onto the streets and talk to people, I try to meet/make a new friend at least once a week. I like to be a human guinea pig for psychological testing in the London universities while I continue to live abroad and explore around before returning home to Canada. On a week to week basis, I go grocery shopping, eating out with friends, trying new restaurants, and playing badminton. Will start to get into climbing possibly this week. Maybe I will gain some weight then.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Brooklyn, NY: I asked a NYPD officer if me and my little sister could have the privilege in riding in the backseat of a police cruiser. They said yes and gave us a lift to our destination while having a friendly conversation. Kind of hilarious I'd have to say and an experience too. It's VERY uncomfortable, so NEVER commit a crime. You don't want to be back there!
Deng Feng, Henan, China: I was looking for a toilet so I could pee without doing it in public, all the restaurants said "Pee on my wall." I said I can't, I'm more civilized, not my way of doing things. Then I had a very nice man invite me into his home to use his toilet. Turns out it's a walled-in area in the back of his garden (Like an outhouse but China style) with a hole in the ground and no lights. I peed in that, left quickly and felt Ugggghhhhhh...
LuoYang, Henan, China: Me and my Spanish roommate was given a place to stay in this city to teach English at a summer camp. We were given a key to lock our showering room which was also a restroom for males. This camp had about 1000 students attending. We were instructed to lock our showering room. I told my rooommate to, he said "Ah don't worry, what's the worse that can happen?" The next day, I wanted to take a shower, 3 toilets were overflowing with fecal matter, I went without a shower for 4 days Gross...
Oh wait, they're supposed to amazing... Oops, but these things did leave me a unique experience and lesson... Does it count then?
