I'm a funloving, always cheerful travel fanatic. I grab every chance I can to learn any kind of new skills or acquire knowledge. Lived and worked as an overseas holiday representative on different destinations in Turkey, Egypt, Spain, Dominican Republic and Greece but now back in Belgium, living in Brussels.
I'm new to couchsurfing, although I surfed on many couches of my friends and acquaintances all over the world, before I ever signed up here.

I've worked in tourism business as an overseas holiday rep. I enjoyed the time but traveling in big fancy resorts just ain't my thing. I prefer to stay in touch with the locals and get a real taste of the region and exchange stories and experiences with like-minded people.

Some of my favourites being Bob Marley, Eek A Mouse, Prodigy, CCR, Led Zeppelin, Pendulum, Depeche Mode, Frank Zappa, Slayer, Pantera, Paul Simon, Johnny Cash, Manu Chao, Steeleye Span, Fear Factory, ...
Practically anything except R&B and most electronic genres.
Among my favourite authors are Hemingway, Tolkien, Murakami, Coelho, Lovecraft, and many others.

Got invited for a party aboard the private yacht of the prince of Saudi Arabia in Egypt once, celebrating the captain's birthday. He ran into a female colleague of mine while he was grocery shopping so he invited her to bring along some friends.
