I created my account on 16.12.2014. I was in a hostel, and the people beside me were surfing this site, and I was first enticed with the fact that this site offers free accommodation. But I soon realized that this also serves the purpose of meeting new people from all over the world!

兴趣

I play sports: basketball, badminton, table tennis, and swimming
I am a huge basketball (NBA) fan. I can tell you a thousand reasons why Kobe is not the best player in the game.

I play games a lot. I have consoles such as the PS3, Xbox and Wii. I am currently playing Hearthstone now!! It's very addicting!

I like to make music. I think I can rap really fast, in my opinion. I had some lessons in the piano when I was young, but got bored with the classics. I am fond of animals, especially the really cute ones! I have two Siamese cats and a Beagle back home!

I dream of becoming a multi-linguist, fluent in many different languages! I want to learn Japanese next!

Being a selfless person is a really hard and tasking job, but that's what makes it so amazing. I love kids and I am currently part of three organizations (both in and off-campus) that advocate the needs and interests of the less fortunate children in the Philippines.

I am a bit indifferent to literature, but that does not mean that I do not appreciate it. I've read classics such as The Giver, The Unbearable Lightness of Being and Life of Pi, The Fault in Our Stars, among others. Favorite movies include Pacific Rim, Edge of Tomorrow and Miracle in Cell No.7.

I sometimes watch Anime films as well, such as 5 Centimeters per Second, The Wind Rises and Grave of the Fireflies. Currently I am following the Naruto anime series.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The first time I learned to ride a bike (without training wheels) was only three years ago, and on that same day, I rode about 15 kilometers on the streets of Manila! Do you know how scary and epic that was??? Hahaha!

Back in the Philippines, I am still a student, but I consider myself as a teacher as well. I've had experience teaching Mandarin to students with no background. Every summer as well I teach public high school students.

I think I am somewhat and interesting if not a bit strange! haha! I definitely have stories to tell, if you let me! Oh and I can cook a traditional dish from the Philippines! I am absolutely not choosy or picky with places to stay and can live in just about any environment.
