Hello! My name’s Ken, my parents are Japanese and I was born and raised in New Zealand. I’ve been living in Japan for 7 years and taking my time out in Osaka now.

I work as a sales rep at my company, work is easy-going and treating me well.

I've also been doing Judo for about 10 years and did a bit of Kendo when I was younger.

I’m really thrilled about sharing my apartments on Couchsurfing. I’ve always loved helping friends and family getting to know Japan and I hope I can do the same for you.

I’ve lived in Mie, Aichi and Osaka throughout my looong stay in Japan and have travelled Japan from tip-to-toe so I will be more than happy on helping out with travel tips.

I of course welcome any private and special travelling plans you may have with your loved ones, so if you’re planning a private trip that doesn’t require any hosting this time round, I’m out of the picture! If you DO need me though just give me a buzz and I’ll be at your service :)

Intereses

I’m into partying, travelling, going to the beach, and relaxing with a book in my hand when my body needs the rest.
But what gets me the most excited is JAPANESE FOOD!
Just love the food over here, and living in Osaka makes getting the right meal at the right time brilliant for me.
I know the restaurants in Osaka inside and out, I’ve prepared a list of my favourite restaurants in my room for my guests to experience the deliciacies hidden in this big town!

Música, películas y libros

I have a lot of favourites it's gonna be hard to name so I'll just list a bunch of them up.

Music: I'm equivalently into Japanese music as well as English music. From classic to pop-rock to techno everything's on my playlist.

Movie: Action, horror, rom-coms, drama are my favs.

Books: I used to read novels a lot but recently I just like to read bibliography's and personal training books.
