ABOUT ME

Well.. My name is Keri. Some people think I'm a fairy, close friends call me Beri. I'm 5'8, skinny. My hair changes a lot. I love meeting new people, I'm extremely open & understanding, and my favorite soda is root beer! As you can tell, I'm a bit random.. but I always enjoy an intelligent conversation. I appreciate meeting others whose knowledge greatly exceeds mine. I'm not a musician myself but musical & artistic folk are my forte! For I myself am an artist :) I have a cat, looooove cats! But I love all animals as well. I guess I'm like a neopunkhippy, I've got a real funky character about me, haha. So explaining what I'm like is a bit difficult. Basically, if I meet you, you'll like me. I have a very hard time not getting along with people, I'm also very non-judgemental. Lemme surf yo couch! :D Let's be friends!

PHILOSOPHY

I'm here to learn. I feel like that's why we are all here. And not just learn in an academic aspect, but learn about life in general. We were put here to see and experience and feel and learn. We are here to grow.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I lived in my friends garage in Chicago on a couch for like 3 weeks once. It wasn't bad at all! I mean, he bred snakes & rats so it kind of smelled bad but hey, it was better than sleeping in a park! Plus we had Denny's almost every night. 4$ NEVER ENDING PANCAKES? DEAR GOD, PLEASE<3

I like going to music festivals, all sorts.

Tattoos and tattooing = very much yesness.
I'm hoping to go to college to be able to have my very own tattoo shop. I'd rather not work for the man. I'll work for myself, thanks. :P

Never really been much of a book person, but I did really enjoy the Ellen Hopkins' books. Oh! and that Series of Unfortunate Events book series.. I LOVE horror films ALL OF THEM. Give me all the gore, all the horror, all of the demons and blood! (Guess it's no surprise that Halloween is my favorite Holiday, hmm?)

I know a good amount about meditation and a chunk of things on spirituality, but if there is a person out there who can teach me more I would be more than happy to listen and maybe even have some time to teach each other some Mantras :) I also wouldn't mind learning guitar.. however.. I don't have any musical instruments of my own :(
