ABOUT ME

I have spent the last two years traveling though Central and South America, Europe and now in South Africa! I spent the previous five years living in New Orleans but grew up all over the US. I am very easy going and love to meet new people. I love yoga, live music, theater, art, oh yeah and FOOD!!! I lived in a city that is incredibly beautiful and rich with culture but that can be very easily lost if you don't know where to go. This has given me an appreciation for seeing new cities from a locals perspective.

兴趣

I love food ... and by this I don't mean that I like a good meal, I spend the majority of my time thinking about what it is that I am going to eat next! I also enjoy yoga, meditation, live music, a glass of wine, movies, and art.

I take every day as a new learning experience! I've spent the two years traveling, learning yoga, permaculture, vegan and vegetarian cooking, attempting to learn Spanish and the mandolin. I am a yoga instructor and love sharing my practice yoga, pranayama, and meditation which anyone who wants to participate! If you haven't noticed already I love to cook and will happily share a meal!
