ABOUT ME

I spent 6 months traveling in 2016, and am doing the best I can to make the real world as enjoyable as possible! I do live a super fun life here in Colorado.. but I definitely miss the freedom of going to what ever town, city, country that I was lucky to experience a couple years ago. During that trip, I went to 10 countries and 4 continents. Spent the most time in Thailand, Tanzania, and Italy. Still missing the food in Thailand ❤️

I have been itching to get out of my hometown and travel for years. I finally got to go to Australia while I was in college. Talk about opening a can of worms. Since then I have found any chance to travel.

I am very laid back, love to have fun, and love almost all outdoor activities. I've always been into sports- but I've been much more involved in hiking since moving to Colorado. I ski when I can, although I probably don't go as much as everyone else out here! Anything with a view is great in my books. Overall, I I consider myself a pretty happy person.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that you need to enjoy your life. I think there is an opportunity around every corner. You won't find it unless you go looking for it. YOLO.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had a few occasions that I have stayed with fellow couch surfers in the states and abroad. They were so open and welcoming and I look forward to being a similar host.

Music, Movies, and Books

I will be the first to admit, I have terrible taste in music. However, my tastes have definitely grown outside of the Top 40s, and can appreciate just about all music.

As for movies, it changes all the time. But comedies are always a good go to. I try not to watch any TV because being outside is so much better. But winter brings a little more couch time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled abroad in Australia. Everything from swimming with sea turtles, to having locals take me off road to a lost waterfall. I have a feeling my upcoming around the world adventure may top this one...

Teach, Learn, Share

Looking to learn anything and everything in regards to culture, religion, food. Before returning from my trip this year, I hope to learn Spanish.
