I am a free spirt. I love nature... living on the coast, spending quality time with my family and friends as well as travelers visiting with us in Antigua as well as abroad. I try my best to live in the moment. I enjoy helping others and am thrilled with the amount of selfless people out their helping make the world a better place for all.
My day typically starts with walking my dogs on the beach.. I let them loose frolicking along the shore line, while I exercise and meditate ... always grateful to be alive and stat a new day.
