I am 34 years old, living and traveling with my husband Ralph. We like longer trips that feel a bit adventurous to us. The backpack might be heavier when traveling where not many people travel, but the views are really rewarding, the freedom and silence is great. Life is so easy out there: walk, eat, look at the great landscape, sleep, repeat. All you have to worry about is what lies in front of you (that can be very challenging, too, I know).
I would like to travel for a whole year, but that seems to be hard to realize.

Through Traveling and especially through my husband, I have learned the value of meeting up with nice people. I am not the most outgoing person and I am not really good at "small talk", but I value a good talk and as I am trying to pick people that match well with me, I am pretty sure that we will have a good time together.

I don't think that it is hard to be my host. I just need some space for my stuff and a place to sleep at. Depending on how much you want to interact, I can adjust to that.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have been a part of the couchsurfing community before (when I was living in Hamburg). There, we met lots of interesting people, it was a great journey! We were 3 girls sharing a House with the owner, and one of the girls had been hosting many couchsufers. We took tours through Hamburg, we ate togehther- it was a great experience and lots of fun!

I'm not too passionate about music, but if I hear a great new song, I really appreciate it. Movies: I really like Marvel movies but also more sensitive movies like "Intouchables". I don't watch horror stuff as I get nothing out oft it. Books: I have read many books in my life, but mostly fiction and entertaining stuff.

I have crossed Iceland by foot (from north to south) with my husband. It was an amazing experience! We met lots of sheep and birds while seeing epic landscapes! We crossed rivers by foot and carried heavy backpacks. It was all so worth it!

I speak english and german, my basic sewing skills are pretty good, I am good at baking, I am a beginner at Yoga, I love having a good talk.
