About Me

CURRENT MISSION

live, laugh and love

ABOUT ME

Love to get around, searching for new challenges. I like to learn from others how they live their lives and try to find things I can incorporate into my own especially when they are stemming from other cultural backgrounds. Apart from meeting people, I love to be outside in the country, in herb gardens with lots of fresh air. My doors will always be open for friends and travellers to get some food, a place to sleep and something sweet for their birthdays.

PHILOSOPHY

Because it's the greatest gift of all!

Interests

Travel (of course), new contacts and stay in touch with old friends, going to concerts to have loud live music, walking in the woods and enjoy the silence, step barefoot on wet grass, celebrate and embrace life, have a nice wodka cranberry, inline skating, cook dinner for my family or friends

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to go to the movies, but hardly ever manage and if I do, I forget the titel, actors and story quite quickly. Still some I remember: Keinohrhasen, Meet the Fockers

Music makes the situations in life more intense, so every feeling requires its own sort of music. But most of the time: the louder the better. At the moment I enjoy music by: Mono&Nikitaman and Peter Fox

"Kiterunner" by Khaled Hosseini is a fantastic book everyone should read!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Things I find astonishing in my life differ from what others find exciting about it. I travelled quite a bit and lived in Pakistan for a while - for me that's just part of my history. What I find amazing is the large number of openhearted and generous people I met on my way. The world is a fantastic place to live full of gifts from above!

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Canada, China, Egypt, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Yemen

Countries I’ve Lived In
