Workamper : I travel and work at various US employers. From Alaska - NY - Florida. I lived and worked in Hollywood, CA. I am currently on assignment in Deming, NM 88030. Where there is a Bowlin Travel Center I work retail in and a Dairy Queen.
There are cool bicycle roads here. I have a home cardio gym with step and barbells. There are nearby historical old west towns along the Butterfield Stage Trail. It is all desert here.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I enjoy meeting travelers and exchanging stories of adventures.
I want to go to Cuba. BTW I go to Mexico which is 45 minutes away frequently.
But I am in the middle of the desert. So I enjoy the museums and ghost towns here.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like most genre's of music. I prefer Country. I worked for Rod Stewart so naturally I like his romantic songs. Because I worked back stage.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I met Nelson Mandela , and conversed with him about becoming the President of South Africa. I motorcycled all of the lower 48 states. Plus I worked logistics for NBC news. In was involved in reporting the Rodney King Trial, the April 28, 1992 LA Riots and much much more. I unloaded the Deadliest Catch vessels in Dutch Harbor Alaska. I survived Brain Surgery. I was baptized in water too.
