Unsurprisingly I like to travel, but I want to do more than just see the tourist traps, instead, I want to meet locals and get a little taste of the culture and way of life.

My friend recommended that I try out Couchsurfing as a way to meet locals and learn a little more of the culture of the place I am visiting instead of just being a tourist and saying how nice the buildings look.

I attempted hiking Mt. Washington in New Hampshire, but got stuck on top of Mt. Jackson? during a storm, so we had to hike down the mountain instead of reaching Mt. Washington on foot.
