I’m a 24 year old male from the United States who loves to travel. I work in Logistics full time and study Software Development.

I have a massive dog who is essentially my big baby. I enjoy going on walks with my dog and even going out for ice cream with him. (Don’t worry, it’s dog friendly ice cream!)

When I’m not working I enjoy: Sleeping, planning my next vacation, working out, listening to music, driving around, and doing other local activities.

Within the past 4 years I’ve found myself addicted to traveling, but haven’t been able to travel lately due to COVID. This has fueled my passion of traveling even more and led to me creating my own travel blog. I hate not being able to travel around the world whenever I want. My goal is to get a job where I can travel around the world as much as I want.

Other things about me: 1) I’m a mix of introvert & extrovert. I’m trying to be more spontaneous and breakout of my shell. 2) I love helping others and giving back. It puts a smile on my face and makes me feel good when I have a chance to touch others lives. Just seeing acts of kindness fuels my happiness. 3) Another goal of mine is to make this world a better place. Also, I want to show the world that to branch out and visit less touristy places. I believe there are many missed opportunities due to misconceptions. 4) I’m an outgoing person that can be awkward at times (Again, still trying to breakout of my shell haha)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on Couchsurfing to try something new. I’m trying to go outside my comfort zone while traveling (which can be very hard haha). So far, the only thing I’ve done outside my comfort zone is travel alone.

I’d love to use Couchsurfing to connect with other around the world. My goal is to meet new people and create long lasting friendships!

I’ve never used Couchsurfing to stay with someone, but I have used it to connect with others when I traveled to Berlin and to Tbilisi. I hope to use this app to push me outside my comfort zone and to force me to rely on the kindness of strangers.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music wise, I love hip-hop, R&B, and jazz. Recently I’ve been expanding my interests into synth-pop, and dance/electronic. My favorite artist’s at this time are: Zhu, Dennis Lloyd, Masego, Marian Hill, Nipsey Hussle, Hippie Sabotage, Sub Urban, and Two Feet.

Movies wise, I’m a big fan of anything Horror, Action, or Comedy based.

Finally, I don’t read that many books since most of the time I’m reading for school assignments. However, I do enjoy reading online articles.
