ABOUT ME

I'm a 27 year-old originally from the east coast of the US. I lived in Juneau, Alaska for four years after graduating University, and just started a sustainable and adventure travel blog called Landscapes on the Run. I'm traveling the world blogging about my travels and creating a location-independent lifestyle! I'll be in South America February through May, and Europe June until... and who knows where after that?

I love the philosophy of sharing a place you live and love with travelers, and seek, as a traveler, to explore outside of the typical tourist destinations, find an out of the way coffee shop, dive bar, and music venue, meet local people, make a connection, and have an experience that I can take with me and leave a positive impression on the people and local environment. (Sry for the run on sentence)

I can teach you to play the harmonica (though sharing a harmonica is kind of gross, depending on your tolerance for such things), a little bit of guitar, photography, Wordpress (not hard coding however, I don't know much HTML/CSS).

I love learning new skills - most recently Spanish, given my travels in South America.

I've been a camp counselor, love teaching outdoor activities, from fitness to camping, snowboarding, climbing
