I am an aspiring chef studying in Philadelphia, PA. I like Southern styles, Indian, Mexican, and Vegetarian cooking styles. I decided to become a vegetarian about a year after starting culinary school. I am proud to have my degree and on my way to my food derived goals. I am an easy going and quiet spoken person. I like fine beers and good food naturally. Though I have questioned alcohol and contemplated deeply on dream to own a brewery, mostly for an ethical reason. I consider my self a culturally rounded person, who has conversed intelligently with people from all types of backgrounds and philosophies.
I have traveled several countries in Europe the year Belle I graduated college. I figured a mood school gap would be great. After graduating I worked for awhile, then decided to travel a fair bit of the United States, helping, and growing with people I met along the way. I must admit, this country is far more beautiful than I ever imagined. You can find beauty a few towns over, truly, you don't have to look in a magazine, or travel to some unique land to appreciate it. I have made it easier to be satisfied and pleased with my diversification of memories and mindsets made along the way.
I like that I am easily amused and don't need much to make me happy.

I am on couchsurfing to make new friends. I offer my home to people, so they can explore the great city of Philadelphia without having to spend lots of money on hotels. I would rather they spent money small businesses and enjoy local food and beers. I am able to make lots of conversation and even some jokes, though most of mine is situational. I like to keep good company, but if I get to corny let me know as I think it's good to be silly and humorous.

I like comedy movies. I read medicine and anatomy books occasionally. I don't like reading fiction books that much. I like reading pertinent and educational books when I can. I like Rock, Classical Rock, Blues, Bluegrass, EDM, I like Cellos and Sax in music. Music from the 90's always interests me as that is the decade that I grew up in.

I traveled 1500 miles to see the eclipse in 2017. Along the way I made and lost a close friend each one I have known over 10 years.
