Professional Chef and Brewer. My main cuisine is cooking Italian food but with a California and french twist, supporting local farmers and butchers. I do love cooking other ethnic foods, such as Spanish, Asian, Mexican, Peruvian, etc. As a Chinese, for some reason, I don't know how to cook authentic Chinese food for some odd reason. Besides that, I am opening my own microbrewery in LA. I do I have a kegerator at my house that holds 3 different beers that I do. You are more than welcomed to come over for beer. Who doesn't like free beer!!! I always have an ipa or some sort of ipa on tap. Then it's either belgians, stouts, sours, etc. I mainly do more exotic brews, or I would like to call hipster brews. Other than that, I am into photography and love funky stuff. I am currently learning some glass blowing, fun to create stuff out of imagination.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Want to meet and make new friends, geek out about stuff, just hang. Plus I want to be able to host and show people how awesome it is in LA. Alot of stuff to do in LA and I can show you guys a good time...when I'm not working.

Interests

Food is great, beer is amazing, people are amazing. I've been getting into photography and glassblowing. My cousins are awesome photographers and glassblowers and I strive to become as good as them. My struggle currently is to make miniature glass horses as perfect as they could be.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Catered for Ashton Kurcher and Mila Kunis' wedding, huge set menu served family style for 150 people. Awesome to see them, but got no sleep for 4 days.

I'm currently on a journey to expand my knowledge in culture and food. I want people to start cooking and eating fresh foods instead of frozen junk, fast food, and prepackaged. Cooking can be very easy and cheap too!!! Just a couple things done here and there,you can cook awesome dinners for you and your friends.
