ABOUT ME

I like to travel a lot, however I have not traveled for a long time. Originally from China, I made friends with people with all backgrounds. This is my second year at Grinnell College in Iowa, and I've enjoyed my American experience very much so far. I'm always willing to explore the world as much as possible, and enchant my life with different stories.

2019 Update: it's hard to believe that I've been in the States for almost 10 years. I graduated from Grinnell in 2014, went to Penn for PhD in Biology; didn't end up finishing it; mastered out and am currently doing a PhD in Biological anthropology at Harvard.

Interests

I love music and sport: I play piano, soccer and tennis, I'm also a fairly experienced swing dancer.

2019 update: I don't play piano anymore... or soccer... or tennis. I still do quite a bit of swing dancing though. Being in academia is a bit hard.
