About Me

It took quite a lot of time to think about 'how to explain about me' properly.
I will try my best to do so.

I love thinking.
Although sometimes this thinking leads to no where, I enjoy this journey.
Especially, I enjoy thinking about the characters of the TV series or novels.

I love communication.
Based on the thoughts that I have gone through, I love to share my thoughts with people around.
Sometimes I became pretty talkative but that comes when the vibe is awkward or I feel close.

I believe in myself.
I spent many years, especially when I was young, without believing in myself.
In middle and high school, I had to spend so much hours for studying for test.
From these experience, I feel like I lost faith in me.
But for recent 3-4 years, I started to believe in myself to have more self esteem.

I am Mechanical Engineer.
I have worked as mechanical engineer for 5 years in automotive industry.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me, couchsurfing is the best community to get to know about the world.
I think many of people already experienced that they don't feel like they know that country they travelled even though they have spent 2-3 weeks. I also had this kind of experience.
Just travelling some countries doesn't make myself educate about that countries.
I think the core thing is to have conversation with local people.
People who live there shows the culture and vibes I believe.

Interests

My interest is to get to know people from other cultures.

  • running
  • traveling
  • cars
  • languages
  • eating
  • meeting new people
  • workout
  • hangout
  • engineeing

Music, Movies, and Books

Here are my favorite TV series.
I recommend you to watch these if you haven't tried yet.

1. The Breaking Bad
The first 1-2 episodes can be just a little boring.
But you can trust be that is just a huge first step to enjoy rest of episodes.

2. The Walking Dead
This series can be regarded as typical zombie series.
But The Walking Dead is beyond that. This series made me understand how Rick(main actor) became a leader of that group and how the group get to have faith on him.
From this, I learned that leader needs some kind of sacrifice to earn trust from group.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To continue to learn English and I can communicate with foreign friends to expand my view.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach, share
1. Korean dish
I am not a professional cook, but I had lived alone for a while and I could develop my cooking skills.

2. My travelling story
By travelling about 20 countries, I have experienced some thing dangerous. And sometimes it was thrilled.
I promise that your time with me never get bored.

Learn
I wish to learn the language that you speak.
And of course, if you want to learn Korean or English, I can teach you.
