About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Have fun as much as possible, won't be alive forever!

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Kieran. Dunno what to write here really so i'll just start typing and see what comes out. I graduated from college in july so now i'm kinda just bumming around, trying to figure out what i wanna do with myself. Working a crappy job to get the money together so i can go on a big trip around the world, visit places and see things i never knew existed. Besides that just trying to have fun with my friends really.

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe Diem, seize the day! I know it's clichéd and all but that's how i really feel. Have fun now while you can and hopefully have no regrets when looking back.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet really but my mate Paul put me onto it and said it's a great way to meet new people, and score a bed for the night. Hope to have loads of experience in a few months time.

Music, Movies, and Books

Like loads of different types of movies, Fight Club, Adaptation, The Godfather, Eternal Sunshine, Borat, Knocked Up and Superbad are all amazing. I'm a big music fan too and am listening too Bloc Party, Snow Patrol, Aim, Zero 7, Daft Punk and Air at the minute. Read a bit too, mainly non fiction, autobiographies, history, travel stories etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled Europe by train with my mates in 2004 and was the best time i've ever had! Got the bug then but have had to wait till now to see a bit more of the world. The old city of Warsaw i thought was amazing, completely destroyed in WWII but rebuilt to look just like it did back then! Really liked Prague too, chilled out place with a lot of history behind it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've a degree in computer programming, but don't hold that against me! If you need your pc fixed or some piece of software won't do what you want it to, i'd be more than happy to take a look at it.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Ireland, United Kingdom
