Last year, while hiking with two friends to the meditation cave of Longchenpa, a master of the Nyingma school known for his influential writings, we got lost in the bush-covered mountains. At an altitude of nearly 5000 meters and approaching nightfall, we suddenly stumbled upon the cave and spent the night in it.
