About Me
Recently caught the travel bug as I am sure any felt the pull during the pandemic. Having worked remotely, the last 16 years, but only having the option to work from anywhere the last couple of years.. Having always wanted to live in another country and learn a new culture inspired by my grandmother, who moved abroad and never moved back to the US, always encouraged her grandchildren to get out and see the world.
I have had the opportunity to travel to a few places in the past and recently, set off on my travel journey with the hopes to find a place I can relocate and work remotely in honoring my grandmother as well as having my own adventures!
I am still looking for my passion in life... I have always enjoyed meeting new people and learning about other cultures, tasting new foods and the experience of getting lost in a city for the first time which always leads me to things I may not have seen or experienced otherwise.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Recently, I met some new friends from Croatia, and they recommended it as a way to meet new people while traveling, especially if you're not always staying at hostels. I am traveling over the next couple of months to various countries and hoping to meet new people in the cities I visit.
Interests
I enjoy a lot of different things... one of the best things is learning, exploring, and creating new experiences. Travel is great for that and so much more.. meeting like minded people, food, etc.
