What I Can Share with Hosts

Hi, I’m Khaled! I’m an Egyptian who has been living in Kraków for the past three years, and I really enjoy sharing this city with people passing through. Couchsurfing for me is all about meeting new people, exchanging stories, and creating those small memorable moments that make traveling special.

I have a calm and easygoing vibe, with a sneaky sense of humor that tends to come out once we hang out a bit. I love exploring both the well-known spots and the hidden corners of Kraków, whether that’s strolling through the Old Town, discovering local cafés, or walking up a hill to catch the sunset with some snacks.

Interests
• Music: Guitar is my passion, and I’m always happy to share a song or jam session if you’re into it.
• Languages: I speak Arabic, English, and Greek, and currently actively learning Polish language obviously. I’d love to do a language exchange. I know a lot about Greek language and culture, so if that interests you, we’ll definitely have plenty to talk about!
• Cooking: Since moving to Poland, I’ve picked up cooking as a new skill, and it has quickly become one of my favorite hobbies. I’d be happy to cook some Egyptian dishes for you and share a bit of my cuisine.
• Travel & Culture: I’ve recently picked up the pace with traveling myself, so I know how exciting it is to meet locals and fellow travelers who make a trip more memorable.

What to Expect

If you’re staying with me, expect chill vibes, good conversations, and maybe a bit of music in the background. I like keeping things spontaneous, roaming around Kraków, showing you a few of my favorite spots, and just seeing where the day (or night) takes us.
