ABOUT ME

Im 28, and recently moved to Germany. I had to flee!!! The whole country could've sunk at any time....But then again, it did´nt.
I was born in the wildest (nature like speaking) country;at least what here in Spain is considered as such: cows, sea, and not a living soul fer a couple of miles. Menorca, that is.
Jeez. Its hard to describe one self. I guess my books, music and films say more about me than this!

PHILOSOPHY

This cannot be written, not at all. I guess over beers it might be easier to figure me out. Then again, I might be kidding, so who knows!

Music, Movies, and Books

I know that saying movies, music and having fun would be way too simple, but wait until you read all!
Movies: Pretty much any decent stuff: Jim Jarmusch, the old Tarantino, Kurosawa, Takeshi Kitano, early Ridley Scott (Blade Runner rocks!!), Kubrick, Coppola.... jesus, I could go on! and the usual nerdy stuff: anime, Monty Phytons, and above all Star Wars.

Music: tough thing.... Black music its key to me (60'6, 70's and 80's)and underwent an interesting Jamaican transformation (Skatalites,Junior Murvin, Max Romeo, Zhinya...), love Led Zepp, R.E.M, Pearl Jam, At the Drive-In, The Mars Volta, Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra... I dont know when to stop! Electronical Music I like when I hang out or go out clubbing: Sven Väth, Vitalic, Faithless, Richie Hawtin...
God, I could have said I like everything! But that just takes the fun out of it.
Books: apart from tons of uni stuff Ill just give you a quiiiick top five: A Confederacy of Dunces; Dune (all 7 books, but not the prequels!); The crusades seen by the Arabs (Amin Maalouf, great job man! teach us some non-etnohcentrical history; LOTR (had to be in the top 5, come on; Vom Kriege, by Carl Von Clausewitz.
And then just some random names: Yukio Mishima, De Viliers, Ezra Pound, Lovecraft, Poe, Contepomi (ehehhe), and so many others.....
And I want to say I am leaving videogames out on purpose. i look nerdy enough as it is.
