ABOUT ME

I've been diagnosed with an incurable form of wanderlust. Symptoms of my disease include itchy feet when staying in one place for too long, an unhealthy obsession with maps and an overwhelming urge to search Kayak.com/explore.

I experience relief from my disease when I a.) travel b.) discuss travel c.) write about traveling (although this can also exacerbate the afore mentioned symptoms). I currently reside in San Francisco, California and channel my affliction by dabbling in a variety of activities. My favorites include: cooking, training for triathlons, reading and riding my scooter up and down the hills of SF. I'm a former journalist, turned marketing and communications director. Come hang out with me in SF or wherever I am at the moment.

I heart Couchsurfing peeps. I've enjoyed having a number of couchsurfers stay with me in Bend, Ore. and now I am looking forward to meeting you in SF!
