Karen is happiest when meeting new people and sharing cultures. Karen lived in Germany for 6 years growing up. John is from Canada and attended French immersion.

Just getting started!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met up with a terrific family in Martinique for dinner and hiking through the site. We have also hosted and have several pending guests throughout the fall.

We haven't officially couch surfed yet ourselves, but surfed many years ago when Karen arrived in Paris with some friends and there were literally no rooms left in any hotels or hostels. A French soldier we met on the train let us crash on his floor!
