A friend of mine recently introduced me to couchsurfing and, after my first experience with it this past week, I LOVE IT! It's so great to be part of a community in which people are happily and graciously open to sharing their homes with complete strangers. This is the kind of world I want to live in. So aside from using couchsurfing to explore new cities, I'm using it to make new friends.

I went to Rainbow Gathering a couple of years back. I think that's pretty amazing. Hope to go to another one soon, and hopefully Burning Man, too!
