I and my husband Bhavik, recently travelled across Europe and tried couchsurfing for the first time. We had an amazing experience meeting some lovely people which is why we would want to host people now and help them make their travel in India wonderful!

We stay in a apartment in Andheri West, very close to the railway station and the metro station. Travelling to and from our building should be pretty much easy. We are both working and are out the entire day, but we can spend time with you after our office hours and sometimes over the weekend. We can help you plan out your trip, show you around a bit, cook some really spicy Indian food and share loads of our travel stories :)

We have 3 stray dogs in our society and two of them are really annoying. They may bark at you and not allow you in or may just chase you when you enter. You can obviously call us and we can come down to pick you up or ask the security at the gate for assistance.

We are both vegetarians by religion and do not cook any non-vegetarian food at home. Also, we may not mind sharing a glass of drink outside but getting any alcohol in the house is against our religion.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We believe travel is much more deeper than just visiting the tourist hotspots. The real experience of the place is when we can assimilate the lifestyles of the locals...understand their way of life, cultures, food and so much more...and that is exactly what CS stands for!!

We look forward to explore the city with fellow CS'ers (if they have time :))...or enjoy a meal/drink or engage in a deep conversation together where we can share our mutual experiences and learn so much more..

- Trekked in the Goechala Pass in the Himalayas.. all the way upto 16000 feet

- Biking the Khardungla Pass - the highest motorable road in the world!!

- Bhavik: Swimming 8 kms in the Arabian Sea!!

- Just completed an awesome 3 months trip across Western Europe!
