Hi Guys!

My name is Kiara and I am a 1st year Nursing student at Monash Uni in Melbourne. I feel rather old for a first year as I took 2 gap years to work and travel. I travelled Europe for 5 months, doing parts either by myself or meeting up with friends - it was honestly the best 5 months of my life.
I currently try to juggle the hectic uni life, with work and seeing as much of this beautiful country as I can. Before uni started i traveled from a town in WA called Esperance to Melbourne, it took 8 days and the showers were scare but we made it!!
This year I've incorporated a lot of travel into my down time; go on camping trips, surf camps, touch footy tournaments, hikes you name it. Lifes quite full on, but thats the way I love it.

I love sport and activities and like to keep myself busy exploring Melbourne, I would love to try save some pennies and continue travelling the world...but for now its time keep exploring the hidden gems i have at my door step.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

During my last trip around Europe I couch surfed in Paris, berlin, Munich, Rome, Cinque Terre, Pisa, Venice and Nice with my two friends Nicola and Clare.
I have really enjoyed couch surfing! Meeting locals is a great way to see the city and skip all the over rated tourist things, and find the hidden gems! I have never had a bad experience with couch surfing, and I think it is a great way to experience how locals from different cultures really live. It has really been amazing and It is great to have someone to show you around and introduce their home from their point of view.

I've also been sky diving in Prague which was one of the funnest and coolest things I've ever done!
