About Me

[EDIT 2019: ...ekhmm treat it all down there with a slight distance. I wrote it down years and years ago, but it seems like it's sort of true so I am just gonna keep it here. Cheers and thanks!]

CURRENT MISSION

Don't waste time while in Asia

ABOUT ME

Powder-loving snowboarder and in the non-winter time a common guy from the outskirts of the large metropolitan area who from time to time likes to do weird things or just walk out fo home and hitchhike somewhere..

However, last time I went to study in Korea. Since then, I've been saying "NO to Europe, Asia is the place to be", so here I live. I suffer from the lack of snow though.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't plan too much, life's gonna randomly show you what to do!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My CS experience is definitely not weatlhy. Mostly limited to few meetings when I was living in London. Don't take it wrong - limited just in terms of number of people I met, because... wow, what the meetings were like!! So great people!! I'm absolutely in CS and wanna broaden my experience.. :>

Interests

At this point you might've noticed the main interest in my life is snowboarding. Mostly I go to various European slopes, but I also had my occassion in indoor skiing slope in Dubai. Now I wanna explore Korea and Japan!!

Other big interest of mine is, obviously, nothing else like travelling, especially let's say backpack travelling. I just enjoy my low-budget tours when I can really feel the nature and experience real, everyday life of natives of the place I'm actually in at the moment. And yes, yes.. something organised from A to Z and paid in advance is not bad as well, but it's not the same. It doesn't give you choice, can't be spontaneous, it's not that kind of adventure I really love - what if something keeps you in one place and you'd like to stay a bit longer there?

Teach, Learn, Share

No special skills. I just know I can teach snowboarding unless you're a pro that I would like to learn from you ;d. Besides, I may give hints about surviving in our big, big world whenn hitchhiking. Not sure what else.. Probably something more that I'm not currently thinking of, ..but what? ;d
