ABOUT ME

I'm an Australian that was born and grew up in Newcastle Australia. I have recently finished my B Business/Commerce degree with honours. I love to experience new things and talk to a variety of different people; the different perspectives on the same topic can be extremely enlightening. I've been described as calm and collected, with an open mind to almost anything. I am not your typical Australian as I don't actually eat meat as it can make me rather ill, however I can and do drink like one!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I basicly surf and attend events/meet locals and travelers. I would like to host, however, the couch isn't mine to give away per say. When I get my own place, hosting will be the first thing that I do!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My Couchsurfing experience has been nothing but positive. Meeting new people, hearing new perspectives, finding places that only locals know about.

A huge variety of movies and music, basically limitless! I can read almost anything and still be entertained, regardless of what it is about.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitching rides from Malawi/Mozambique border across the North to the ocean and then hiring a fishing boat to island hop to the Tanzanian border (This all involved paying for an illegal freight train, multiple trucks - one of which crashed and turned over and sneaking away from "Government Officials" that wanted bribe money).

Hmm, well I probably have some skill that I take for granted but don't know about... if I find it (or someone else finds it) then I can teach it!
