About Me

CURRENT MISSION

celebrate and be grateful for the ways we each do the best we can

ABOUT ME

I grew up in Mallorca, Spain and Northern California and traveling runs deep in my immediate family's veins. I've done my share of traveling and feel very fortunate and enriched for the amazing experiences I've had.

I'm a life long learner and endlessly curious. In a sense, I approach life like a 5 year old who must know how something works right now, and 5 minutes later is on to the next moment of amazing-ness. I've done a lot of different things as work/career but ultimately, and currently, I've come back to working with young people, as they figure out who they are and who they want to be and how to make that happen - especially as it relates to getting to college. I can think of nothing more humbling and inspiring than witnessing a human being realize a deep, powerful truth about who they are and what they are capable of.

PHILOSOPHY

Be honest with yourself, above all else.
When you try a different approach, you can expect a different outcome.
I revere accidental beauty; spontaneous compassion and unexpected bravery.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

climbed limestone rock karst formations off the coast of Krabi, Thailand and at one point, sat wedged in a shelf 270 ft above the sea, trembling and totally elated, looking out over the Andaman sea.
