Músicas, Filmes e Livros

Recently my Croat friend has got me obsessed with Balkan music, so that, but I’m also big on lots of genres… reggae, hip hop, r&b, rock, shoegaze… the list goes on. I’m not a huge reader but the book “Braiding Sweetgrass” is a masterpiece I’ve been enjoying recently. I’m not a huge movie watcher, but I’m always down for horror or comedy :).

One amazing thing I’ve done would be my first workaway volunteer experience that initially brought me to Europe. There I was able to help a group of artists put on a giant theater/ music festival in Frankfurt, Germany. There we lived with them in their community along with around 100 other international volunteers. It made for a very diverse, magical experience that I consider the best month of my life.
