One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jumped from the tallest bungee jump in the Southern Hemisphere (the Nevis Bungee in Queenstown) as my first ever bungee. I’m insanely freaking terrified of heights.

Teach: Anything fitness and nutrition related. I specialise in rehab, prehab and fat loss. So if you have a problem area, I can help fix you up! Bachelor in Business Management.
Learn: Love learning about fitness and nutrition, as the info is limitless! Anything business related. I also love animals so I do enjoy a good David Attenborough documentary.
