ABOUT ME

I'm a software engineer currently working in Dublin, but I love travelling and languages (have lived in Madrid for a few years, and also worked in Turkey). My Spanish is pretty fluent but a little rusty, I have sort of intermediate French and bits and pieces of Turkish - no Irish though!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Several friends suggested that I check out CouchSurfing while I was teaching in Turkey, and the community concept of it was very interesting to me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I haven't had a chance to host or surf, but I attended several events organised in Ankara (lasertag and beer!). Everyone I've met on CS has been really friendly and helpful, and it's a great way to get some perspective on other countries.
