Curious creative soul who seeks comfort in exploring the world and its many personalities and treasures. I like asking questions and hearing about new perspectives. I think we need a bit of discomfort to grow. So I regularly try to challenge myself, going on solo travels, trying new activities, learning new skills. I enjoy the proximity to nature, especially water. But I can also thrive in lively cities. "enchanted and repelled by the inexhaustible variety of life"

Other than that, I am studying Data Science with a focus on evaluating social and development aid projects. I like combining doing good with hard evidence. At the same time I'm spiritual and believe that many phenomena in the world can't be grasped with numbers. I'm dancing Contemporary, play the piano and recently taught myself some ukulele chords. So if you're up for some Somewhere over the Rainbow and Riptide, hmu! My dad is a cook and taught me a lot of recipes and intuition about food. I love cooking for other people.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I've always had this restlessness in me, to go out in the world and discover new places. I prefer staying in places where I can connect with people, so either friends of friends or hostel dorm rooms. I've never tried Couchsurfing before but heard such nice stories from friends. Especially due to Covid a lot of us are in need of re-gaining a connection with people from different places, the joy of making strangers into friends.

It's my dream to become a digital nomad after my Master's and work from anywhere in the world.

Interesses

Dancing, running, hiking biking, swimming, surfing. Spending hours creating playlists on Spotify (- I love shared playlists that me and my friends re-edit and fill with ever new songs). Philosophizing about the world and the future of humanity. Painting and visiting galleries. Cooking new exotic recipes.
