I’m a person that is always looking for fun activities. In my current period of life I’m all about exploring and learning. As that could change in the future I decided to quit my job last year and go explore LATAM (Why LATAM is another story). I’m open-minded, but introverted. I’m organised, but I like spontaneity.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’ve only had good experiences on CS, met like-minded people and made friends. CS made it possible for me to connect to locals and see the touristy from different perspectives. Spending much time in hostel, it also gives me a new perspective. And of course it’s budget friendly, there is no doubt about that.

Haven’t had the chance to host yet, as I only lived in shared flats or in my parents house. But I can imagine it’s a nice way to keep the travelling spirit alive for the future.

Music, Movies, and Books

I’m into electronic music, for going out Techno is my favorite (being born in Berlin, who might have guessed) - there has to be a melody though. The last months in LATAM have also made me curious about Reggaeton. I can definitely enjoy it. On a causal day I also like to listen to Indie or House.
I am a huge fan of the series Suits, I enjoy the dumb, but hilarious humor of The Office and like to read books about the way of living.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydive in Australia, Hitchhike the roads of New Zealand, Safari in South Africa, Carnival in Rio and hike an active volcano in Guatemala (not once, but twice because I couldn’t help it)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I’m happy to spend time together and go on day trips. If not, I’m a good assistant chef or I can also prepare a couple delicious meals myself. Also I’m a big fan of a great wealthy breakfast.
