About Me
Hello World! :-)
You cannot compete with someone who is having fun!
I am half mountain goat traveling the world, half curious mind exploring ideas worth sharing. I chase adventures, big thoughts, and memorable times with friends
I've always been exploring life and its horizons, having fun in this beautiful world, and developing my vocation on protecting the environment and creating an inclusive society.
My journey so far:
I did my A-Levels in an international German School in Barcelona, Spain, where I grew up. Afterward, I set out to Munich to study mechanical engineering and become a researcher in renewable energies... but things went differently! I studied economics on top, co-founded a social startup in Uganda about entrepreneurship training, and an NGO in Munich about inclusive public speaking. I cross-financed most of my studies and voluntary activities through working student jobs. I worked in gastronomy and cold-called freelance basis to finance my unemployment after a personal crisis. I moved to rural Zimbabwe to work on an agribusiness for a remote community based on energy-water-food systems. Afterward, I started a master's degree in environmental engineering in Munich and I am cross-financing it by working as environmental manager, which I just finished. Now I am traveling again before starting a job.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to dive into cultures, people's ways of living, laughing and enjoying, becoming part of everything and everyone as much as possible.
And as Christopher McCandless said: "Happiness is only real when shared." Sharing time, experiences, thoughts, and laughs.
