Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In my contra dance community, we often host local visitors for weekend dances. I often stay with people I have not met before when I go to dance weekends and it's usually a wonderful experience. I am not in a destination city but I do have a guest room and live in an area where students might have a parent coming to visit. I am happy to host short term visitors. I live about 15 minutes from the university so a car would be necessary to get back and forth to OU. I have 2 cats but they are kept out of the guest room.

Learned to scuba dive last summer.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Queen bed in small guest room; guest bathroom; use of the kitchen and washing machine (I hang my clothes to dry) if this is a stop on a longer trip. Internet access.
