About Me
IMPORTANT First I must say that I am not hosting guest just yet, but I will eventually. 😁--My name is Kim "Claudette" Rose. I come from a Scottish-Irish theater family, and grew up traveling for various theater rolls, music and dancing gigs. I was born in Florida, where my family moved to as a home base. I grew up in Orlando Florida, and Winter Park, where I went to school and acted in plays and ballet/modern dance shows, and studied art, history and theater. I now live in Los Angeles California, where I work as an Actor, Artist, Fine Arts and Theater teacher, and an apprentice historical conservationist. I am always learning more and more about History, one of my favorite subjects and even take classes in Conservation when I have the time.
I love laughing, reading the classics and new books. I love writing, painting, clay, art, filmmaking and directing plays. I love all the stories of the back sheep in my family, and creating art based on my grandmothers adventures in life. She was a really beautiful soul. She could speak in old Gaelic, along with my great grandmother as well.
I'm a big fan of Rudyard Kipling's writings, my favorite being The Man Who Would Be King.
I love the original Sherlock Holmes stories, and think that Jeramy Brett Was one of the best Holmes there was on screen. To me he was the classic Sherlock of the original stories.
I am also a big fan of comedy in life and on the screen and stage. To laugh for me is such a beautious pomp in life! lets see... what else, well, It lights my soul up to listen to music of so many types. My boyfriend and I love to sing songs, both wonderful and re-donk-u-lus to boot. WE also like to talk in silly voices at times, because life is short and well, imitating Muppets and such can be a fun pass time to brake the seriousness.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to meet people and visit places and get to know them. I also love to share thoughts on life and ponder on many subjects. Making friends is not just for kids to me. Its a life of growing and creating non-blood family. So much to seek and share.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have done ritual magick with my grandmother, great grandmother and friends, and I still do it till this day. I was the Grace Slick in a Jefferson Airplane sound-alike Band. I played Lilian Gish in a stage play. I wrote some school reports backwards, so that you had to read them in a mirror. I once I went to school with a blindfold in order to feel my way through it all with out sight.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you art, theater acting and to just have fun. And I would love to make pals in life and be alive in the most lovely way.
What I Can Share with Hosts
So many stories, ideas and creativity! I have studied art therapy through the years, and feel that is is a grand thing to share.
