ABOUT ME

My friends would say that I am a true Gemini, blonde, and a free spirit that can be as serious on one end to the extreme as outgoing and full of excitement and fun on the other end. I welcome change. My life has been one adventure after another. I have lived all over the state of Mississippi; two places in Louisiana and one place in Texas. I make friends easy and have a big heart. Outdoors are fun as long as there is a Hilton or Hyatt near by.

Interests

I have a curious nature. I am always asking questions about any and everything. That's how we learn in this world. I shoot pictures, write, draw, anything creative I enjoy. Right now my time is shared in looking after my younger brother while he is in the hospital, overseeing a household, two Dachshunds and one Boykin Spaniel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As a journalist, I have opened many doors that gave me moments to remember. One was even before I graduated from college. Geraldo Rivera became the subject of a school project that was not intended to be about him but became about him. That was a moment to remember.

Another moment to remember was the time my husband and I were both working members of the media. We had sat down to eat, when we heard the ambulances go by. We had our small child with us, and we looked at each other and said, who is taking the kid. I guess you have to understand the world of journalism to appreciate the moment.
