I love to travel, and I love to meet people. My two favorite Islands are Molokai, Hawaii and Iceland. I've been self employed as a massage therapist since 2003. I'm a birth doula. I'm working on writing two books. I live for strong coffee. I have two kids, a 10 year old girl and a 2 year old boy. I'm into permaculture and essential oils and wine making. My grandparents are from Norway and Sweden and it's on my bucket list to visit someday. I live in Seattle, WA and love the rain and the clouds and the cool weather.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I attended a birth as a doula in a client's home. I beat the midwife, and coached the client through the final stages of pushing when it was evident she couldn't wait and the midwife wasn't going to make it. I was the first person to ever see that little face. It was life changing.
