I love the beach, ocean, lakes, jumping into cold water, wearing sunscreen and hanging out in swim wear, sleeping in my bathing suit, then waking up the next day doing the same thing all over again. I’m a big fan of ecstatic dance. I make bracelets and practice yoga. Love to stretch, love to eat healthy.

I love to meet new people, understand the world, laugh and cry, feel support, try new things, keep an open mind. The more I travel and hold those memories of landscape, bodies of water and people, and experience, the happier and more positively wired I am.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on a Vision Quest when I was 17 in Death Valley in California and spent 3 nights alone fasting in the desert, drinking water. I set up a tent and played in the sand and sun every day, walked around naked, contemplated existence, realized how important my family is, and felt this calmness I’ll remember and savor forever. I remember waking up in the morning after the third night and feeling my skinny body and heart beating out of my chest. After, I walked back to base camp and met up with my fellow vision questers and we sat around a fire, ate black beans and corn bread, and shared our three day solo experiences. We all laughed and cried, fell silent, and shared our insecurities and discoveries.
