ABOUT ME
They would say I'm funny, with a wry and quick sense of humour, that I'm compassionate and very fun, gregarious. I enjoy a good laugh as much as a friendly debate and I like people to feel comfortable.
PHILOSOPHY
Laugh ten times every day
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I couchsurfed in Brussels and had an amazing time. We had a great hospitable and funny host who showed us around and he set a good standard for hosting, which I would like to follow to accomodate all the fellow travelers around the world.
Interests
Live events (music, theatre, interactive art and media). I also like meeting new people and love hearing a good story so any opportunity to be somewhere and mingle, share experiences and even participate in trivia is fun for me.

Music, Movies, and Books
Dog Day Afternoon, Priscilla: Queen of the Desert, Six Feet Under, Zines, The Chrysalids, Night Train etc. so many things...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The Mermaid statue in Warsaw, Santo Oronzo Square in Lecce, Niagara Falls, Jesse Jackson gave me the thumbs up one time while we were driving in Hartford Conneticut which was fun. A magician in Italy made a ring float across a few metres to me and land on my middle finger. What can you say to that? Doing improv was always fun also and makes you feel very present, which I love.
Teach, Learn, Share
When you arrive in a country, put up an ad at local universities to do tandem language exchange if you want to learn the language where you go or to meet friends who speak your language. I made so many lovely friends that way. But be safe, meet publicly and if you're a girl, you might want to state that you prefer women only for exchange.
