I grew up in Massachusetts, got tired of the cold and moved to beautiful San Diego, CA where I lived for 24 years. I decided life is too short and I have not seen enough of the world, so I quit my job of 20yrs, and moved to Thailand! I lived in Thailand for 2 years and planned an epic trip to visit 10 countries in 2 months from Asia to the Middle East beginning with Vietnam. Well.. my 2 week vacation turned into living in Vietnam for 6 months due to the outbreak of Covid! It was a wonderful experience actually! I stopped traveling for a year and a half until the beginning of this year (2022). I moved to Crete for 2 months then Gran Canaria for the month of March. I lived in Marrakech ; Fnideq Morocco for April and May, Izmir Turkey May- July. Tbilisi Georgia and Yerevan Armenia.
I am looking for a few days in Oslo before I fly back to the US the 3rd week of August. 2022
At the end of my life, I want to be able to say I've lived on all continents (except Antarctica) and met and learned from people all over the world! 😁

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have had so many people recommend Couchsurfing to me. I joined several years ago but was a little nervous to step out and actually try it. I try to live a life without fear, so I will do my "due diligence" and try this.. hopefully in the process, meet some amazing people, see wonderful locations and add to my experiences.
