About Me
I'm from a small city in Northern Ontario, Canada. Where the social norm is to graduate high school, hop right into post secondary and start your daily grind of working. Which of course is fine if you enjoy living like a robot, but me? I want to see the world and meet new people and get as much out of the years I have on this beautiful planet we get to call home! Travel to me is essential. And okay.. I'm also not entirely sure what I want to do with "the rest of my life" yet but the one thing I'm sure of is that I want to travel.
I'm a very versatile person - one side of me loves to read and be low key and chill while the other side loves to party and be super outgoing. Always the go to for a good time/ the life of the party.
I enjoy the outdoors, being in nature makes me feel closer to our mom, earth. yes I call her mom.
I love to dance, music or no music, you will catch me dancing. Especially when I eat, am I the only one who subconciously starts to dance with joy when they eat?
I also love music festivals, and yes one of the reasons I love them so much is because you can dance 24/7 and no one will judge you hehe.
I'm a total foodie, I love to cook and some would tell you it's hard to catch me when I'm not eating haha. But life is far too short to not eat all the good food!
I love to laugh, usually it's at myself but I love to be around people who like to laugh and enjoy being happy.
I'm always listening to music, music is one of the true loves of my life.
And anything else you want to know you can always ask :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to meet new people and have new experiences and I hope couch surfing can provide that! Travelling from a locals point of view and indulging in the culture and way of the people is the best way to travel if you ask me.. Don't just "travel" experience everything, get the most out of your travels, have conversations with people from the other side of the world and teach each other your differences and learn what you have in common. Laugh with starngers, dance with the locals, cook their traditional meals and enjoy each others company. Hotels are lonely, besides, doesnt everyone want to feel at home?

Movies: About time, Testament of youth, Harry Potter, The dress maker
Books: I prefer non fiction over fiction but I'll read anything! I especially love poetry and small writings. One of my favourites is Chandler Lafee.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to learn and teach, you learn something new everyday whether you realize it or not. Anything that could be of great interest to you that I could educate you on, I am of course willing to do so!
As far as learning for myself, I want to learn as much as I can about the place that I'm travelling and the host! From culture to all the hot spots. And if anyone is willing to teach me how to surf, bless you. It's something I have always wanted to learn, I'm a total board junkie (longboard, snowboard, wakeboard) Adding a surf board to the list would give me great pride.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share with you my amazing taste in music and dance moves of course!
I can also share stories (usually funny ones) and a listeining ear. And of course a friendship I'd hope.
