ABOUT ME

In the moment I am Backpacking through Australia with my friend. We have both just completed the Abitur (A-levels), and want to travel and discover Australia, before studying next year. Even though the deadly animals don't really float my boat, I can't wait to see as much as possible in the short time I have left here in Australia.

More specifically, I am told I sometimes have a weird sense of humor but I still manage to have a fun time with everybody I meet. I like going out just as much as I like staying at home and drinking some wine/beer, etc... and talking to people.
I love diving, field hockey, swimming, travelling, mountain rock climbing, skiing and lots of other things.
There are a lot of things I still want to do, and will, like Skydiving, hang-gliding, wreck-diving and the list just keeps on growing!
Oh yes, I like Avocados. They're my mojo. As well as Mojitos.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to laugh loudly and a lot and I will try to do that as often as possible.
Meeting new people and talking and laughing about anything and everything is what travelling - for me - is all about. If it means going out together or staying at home and exchanging stories.

Of course right now I can only surf, rather than host, but as soon as I am back in Berlin I'd love to host people travelling the world.

Interests

Even though you would never think I am interested in Sports by looking at me, I am really into most Sports. I can probably talk about anything other than Basketball and Cricket (I just dont understand it!)
I love movies, basically I can talk about movies for hours, especially oldies. Same with books, if we've read some of the same books I will have something to talk about.
I do enjoy going out to a bar or a club (I am from Berlin, obviously I do) but I also really like just chilling at home with some wine or a beer and talking or joking the night away. I have so many embarassing stories in my life, I will probably have at least one to any context. And I am only 20! Kind of depressing...

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite Book is "The Kite Runner". Amazing! I like novels a lot, sometimes fantasy. Sometimes.
Favourite movie, i'll have to shorten the list...
Dirty Dancing, anything from Billy Wilder, anything from Tarrantino, A Beautiful Mind, Rocky Horror Picture Show, the American Pies (1-3), the Matrix movies... I could go on forever.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

White water rafting along the Idaho River was amazing.
Shopping at the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul was surreal. And riding along the Coast of Mallorca (an Island in the Baltics) on a Scooter was really cool, until the heatstroke hit me.

I can tell you anything you want to know about Europe and a lot about America. I also have extensive knowledge in Field Hockey, correct and incorrect cat care and German beers.
Teach me whatever you know, if I don't know about it already I will have learned.
