Hello! My name is Kim, I'm from Calgary, Canada. I love meeting new people and am always looking for new things to do inside and outside of the city. Love great conversations, looking to learn about new cultures, and always open to trying new food!

As a program coordinator, I work with immigrant and refugee youth and absolutely love children. In the future, I hope to work in a field where I can mentor youth and young adults, such as a university.

I strongly value building personal connections with others, and am looking to meet new people and expand my world. I'm grateful for the CS community since I believe it is a great way to meet people from all walks of life and I want to explore what this world has to offer.

兴趣

My favorite thing to do when I travel is just walk everywhere - exploring every nook and cranny to discover something new. I am looking to step outside of my comfort zone and do more solo travel. Always down to try new foods, and LOVE going to concerts! While I'm not amazing at it, I like to cosplay when possible! I also play a bit of piano and ukulele. If you happen to have any of these instruments laying around I'd be happy to play you a little ditty!

I'll listen to anything, though the genre I listen to switches up every couple of months. At the moment, I'm listening to a lot of lo-fi hip hop.

My go-to movie is Lord of the Rings: Return of the King. If I'm looking for something to make me cry, Her will do the job.

Will binge watch Korean dramas and anime. Big fan of game shows, especially Jeopardy. Aside from that, the two shows I could re-watch over and over are Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Veronica Mars.

Attending Osheaga - It was my first time at a music festival, and it was a great way to end my 5 weeks in the beautiful city of Montreal.
