Hi there,

I am German, but already lived in a couple of other countries and studied in international environments. I am now looking forward to a career as public servant after having studied Political sciences, European affairs and International relations for 5 years in 3 countries.

For now I am living with my family, but soon I am going to move to Berlin. Therefore the hosting situation has been/ is a bit difficult or well, not too many people want to visit a small, Nothern-German city. If ever you do, please contact me!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have done car-sharing for quite some time now and only heard good things about couch-surfing so far. If I have space in the place I live in, why not share it with somebody?! Usually you have more than enough things in your house (that is sheets, towels, food, shampoo etc.) - so I like the social and enviornmental aspect of sharing your place or hosting somebody. Of course I am also interested in meeting new people, get to know about countries or socities that I don't know yet.

I love to bake - so if you stay at my place or let me stay at yours I will bake you some nice desserts :)

音乐、电影和书籍

I like some mainstream radio stations, but I'm a particular fan of the Belgian singer Milow and the British band Snow Patrol for instance. I also know a bit of German music of different styles and like to share them with people interested in Germany and/or learning German!

My favourite author is the Swiss Max Frisch

I like especially movies based on true stories, some historic stories and foreign movies (I have been watching quite a lot of Latin American productions recently). I prefere European/ international cinema to the Standard Hollywood productions.

I speak some languages, so I could help you improve your language skills if you are learing German or French for instance. On the other hand I would love to learn Portuguese; also I am happy if you teach me some words/phrases in your mother tongue.
